Here are some questions to ask about the sport of volleyball, and specifically, the position of a setter. Remember when you make goals, be sure that they are things that you can control.

What are some things that you can do every day (short-term goals) to help achieve your larger, more long term goals?

  2. What aspect of your mental game do you want to work on?
  3. What are some of your long-term goals for volleyball (be specific)
  4. How do you plan on achieving you goals (what short-term goals are you going to set in order to achieve your long-term goals)?
